Bookings can be made any time via email, message or my contact form. Space is subject to availability and unfortunately is first come first served. I am currently not taking deposits as I know times are difficult but this is also my business so please let me know as soon as you can if your booking needs to be changed or cancelled.
Please give as much notice as possible for any amendments or cancellations as this may incur a charge of 50% of the fee, or all of the fee depending on the notice given.
All rabbits boarding on site must be fully vaccinated against RVHD 1, RVHD 2 and Myxomatosis, please send a photograph of their card to me or show me on drop off.
If your pet becomes unwell whilst in my care I can offer critical care within my training with your consent. I will always contact you as soon as possible but if I feel it’s necessary to seek veterinary advice I will do so immediately we will then always contact you before any treatments.
In the unlikely event that your pet becomes ill, injured, lost or dies then you agree that I take all the necessary precautions and actions to prevent this and it is at no fault of my own.
Please arrange in advance a mutual time and date for drop offs and collections. Please arrive as close to the agreed time as possible to avoid clashes with others.
There may be times im not available due to commitments but I will endeavour to meet your time requests and please let me know if those times are likely to change.
Due to considerations of my family and the animals here I am currently not offering visits. This also reduces the risk of spreading diseases and avoiding stress to animals. I can invite only one family member to the boarding entrance, please bring a suitable carrier for your pets that keep them safe for travelling, leave this for me to carry to their cage where il transfer them to settle down. I will then keep the carrier onsite in case I need to transport them to a vet or anything else. I will send pictures and updates of them during their stay.
Collections will also be done at the entrance as I have found animals are far less disturbed in this way. With this in mind please arrive as close to the agreed collection time as possible to avoid your pet and myself waiting around.
For all pet sitting bookings a meet and greet appointment will be arranged for me to collect a key and meet yourself and pets. There is no charge for this.
Payments for boarding, pet Sitting and services will be required ON OR BEFORE DROP OFF or the meet and greet and can be paid by cash, PayPal or bank transfer.
If you require your pet to stay longer for any reason please let me know as soon as you can a charge will be added depending on the extra time required.
