Iv almost survived the first busy weekend … but a couple of things to mention.
I’m going to have to enforce the drop/collection times again. Iv been really flexible but when there’s lots of you and I have daughter / family plans to think about Iv realised I also need time to eat too 🤣
So drops and collections will need to be between 8.30am-10am and 4pm - 6pm. Please contact me for available slots.
I know flight delays and traffic happens so please let me now if you need times to stretch a little and keep me updated.
The other thing that would be so helpful is please label your food and carriers. It saves me time and means I can have everyone’s bits in order.

Christmas Hours
Christmas is fast Approaching!!
Happy Hoppers is busy as usual over the holidays and in order to try and keep
Some time for my family I wanted to for warn you about timings.
I will of course keep you all updated throughout your pets stay, but if you don’t hear from me that means all is well 🥰
Opening times
22nd Dec drop offs between 9-10am or 4-5pm
23rd Dec drop offs 10-11am or 4-5pm
24th Dec Closed
25th Dec Closed
26th Dec Closed
27th Dec drops/collections 10-11am or 6.30-7.30pm
28th Dec collections 10am or 5pm
29th Dec drops/collections 10-11am or 4-5pm
30th Dec collections as early as you can that day
31st Dec closed
1st Jan closed
2nd Jan family plans in the morning drops/collections as late as you can that day but may have my colleague to help.
3rd Jan onwards open as usual
I will be contacting everyone individually as always for slots. Also please be aware I won’t be answering enquiries outside of these times

New Announcement 21/08/2023
Prices
Hi everyone. I’m sorry to have to announce that commencing from October 1st prices for boarding, bonding & Grooming services will be increasing. I really have tried to hold off as long as possible but with the ever increasing costs of ..well everything currently it’s just becoming impossible to avoid. The increases will consist of £1.50 more to the date ratE of all pets, and a small increase to bonding and grooming prices.
Any future bookings already made will be under the old pricing, as will any booking made between now and October 1st.
